With this term being used so much, it’s only emphasizes the fact that millions of people are affected by neck pain every day.  To add insult to injury, throw in morning stiffness and it creates a never ending recipe for chronic neck pain.  Studies have shown that developing increased strength and flexibility in the neck can help decrease chronic neck pain.  Listed below are 6 basic neck exercises that are designed to restore flexibility to the joints and muscles of the neck.
