Americans spend up to $50 Billion a year on lower back pain, so it’s safe to say that at some point in your life you may experience it. It may happen for many different rhymes or reasons, but it is a known fact that it will effect up to 90% of Americans at some point in their life. Of those, 85% will not find the cause of the pain despite a thorough medical examination. With numbers like these, it is easy to lose hope that you will ever find relief when dealing with lower back pain. Because back pain is a symptom of a bigger problem it can be caused by multiple factors. Causes range from disease or injury to the nerves, bones or muscles in your abdomen. Although knowing what causes lower back pain may not always help identify the problem, knowledge is vital in helping you find peace of mind.
